Payments Methods Accepted

We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, Money Orders, and Personal Checks

Shipping/Handling

We ship UPS Ground and USPS. In stock items usually ship within 48 hours. Items paid for with check will be shipped within 48 hours of check clearing our bank. Please allow 2 to 7 business days to receive your order. Insurance is included with your shipping cost. Please contact the gallery for expedited shipping services.

Damaged Items

If you receive an item that has been damaged in shipping please save the original packaging material and contact the gallery immediately at 336-275-1202. We will replace the item if possible or issue a refund.

Returns

Earthworks Gallery wants all customers to be happy with every purchase. If your purchase does not meet your needs, or you are not satisfied with the item received, you may return it to us within 7 days in the original condition and in same packaging material for a full refund of the purchase price. Returns made after 7 days but within 30 days will receive credit for a future gallery purchase. There are no returns more than 30 days after purchase. There is no credit for shipping and handling charges and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Privacy Policy

Earthworks Gallery shall not disclose to third parties any personal information which customers provide to Earthworks Gallery through the website. The information which customers provide to Earthworks Gallery through use of the website shall be used solely for the purposes of billing, advertising or for notifying the customer of any future information pertaining to the product or service.

Gift Certificates

Purchase a Earthworks Gallery Gift Certificate in any denomination and we will be pleased to send it free of charge.

Custom Orders

Please inquire if you have specific needs for a custom item. Many of our artists are willing to do multiples of items that they make. Please be mindful that all items in our Gallery are handmade, therefore some variation may occur.
